I haven't played it but the 'Fire and Sword' DLC is set during the 17th Century with gunpowder receiving a large focus. There is the l'Aigle mod too. It's set during the Napoleonic Wars but isn't very polished and I personally don't like the mechanics.Other than that you should probably look at the posted by our fantastic Ashley. There's plenty of singleplayer mods on there that have a musket focus.Edit: So it has been brought to my attention that Fire and Sword is not a DLC. It is in fact a standalone. However I maintain that it's an expansion.
